How Long Have You Been Tying?
The question on how long I have been practicing rope bondage has come up on several occasions since the beginning of the Brandi bondage project. What should be asked is where and how did I come about my particular style of rope bondage. For me to answer how long, especially on a blog site would just give out too much information regarding my vintage now wouldn’t it? Can’t have that.
Brandi has already blown my nasty and wicked Master persona to bits so please, allow me the dignity of keeping my age out of this. I am supposed to be the mysterious Uncle M, the evil genius behind the bondage, and like the masked crusader my identity is only known to a chosen few. Gawd I’m having fun with this.
A lot of my experience has come from self bondage and along the way I’ve gotten myself into a pickle or two let me tell you. Stories for another day. *smirk* This experimentation gave me a great deal of insight into pressure points, circulation issues, cramps etc., etc. I used different types of rope and cord and discovered what marks heavily opening up the potential for scars and what was a bit more gentle.
Placement of knots is important to know. Example, on an ankle tie try and knot the rope in front of the ankles if you are going to bind the wrists behind the back. In this way wandering fingers can’t reach the knot. Opposite is true for knee bondage. Place the knots behind the legs so it cannot be untied by your teeth. This was all trial and error on my part.
I have spent years searching for pictures depicting good bondage in magazines, book stores and of course the Internet. Yes I actually studied how the ropes were applied and would practice lashing, cinching and knotting on posts. Look carefully at the photos I have posted, even better download them for study purposes. Yes, yes study purposes that’s it. This is research material honey..honest!
There is nothing like practicing on the real thing..er..person and I have been lucky enough to have run across several very willing ladies that enjoyed being tied up. When it comes to the bondage we do on Brandi bondage I have it planned out far in advance. I envision in as much detail as possible exactly how I am going to tie a particular model, wrap by wrap. Time..I take lots of it. Not right it’s corrected even if it means undoing the lot and starting all over. Haven’t heard any complaints yet.

Uncle M has much more experience than little ol’ me and has been imparting as much of it as he can onto me in a very short period of time. (I’ve had a lot of bondage since I met him). He plans all the ties in the back of his head before he even gets to know her name. I swear, his favourite thing to say to me is: “Fetch.” Well, Uncle M, am I retrieving what you want?
