Photo Shoot - The Cat wins
Tea’s spin
The first shoot was a first indeed… New lighting kit, new camera, new models and a studio I’d never been in. Ah, the challenges which allow us to excel! Quick coffee for every one to get acquainted over, and off to the studio to get acquainted with my new toys…errr, lighting kit. And of course, how could I not mention the interloper, a very fuzzy cat who decided to make him self at home on my shoulders (we even tried to get him in a few shots, but to no avail, he was far more at home on some one’s neck than on some ones lap… odd kitty). Needless to say, for the next couple of hours, every one was in their happy place. The models were securely tied and I was learning a lot about studio lighting in a very short time. The result: some pretty damn snazzy photos, if I do say so my self. Everything after a rather rushed lunch was a bit of a blur of getting things wrapped in the short amount of time we had in the studio. I can’t even begin to ponder how stressful it was for the models and the rigger, by wrap up time, my head was buzzing. So… all the shots are done, and the models untied… every one is about ready to go home, but wait a moment! We have to upload the pictures… shame the lap top doesn’t seem to want to co-operate. Five minutes later, that crisis is averted, and the lighting has cooled sufficiently to be put away, t’was time to call it a day.
Brandi’s View
After this shoot I have a whole new understanding of sub space. This day was exhausting, both mentally and physically. Trying to coordinate timing, space, equipment, models, and Uncle M was my week leading up to some of the most fun I’ve ever had. The two gals who came out to play had never been in bondage before and were such sports. Uncle M, I do spoil you. What man can say no to four young women running around, three of which begging to be tied?
For the most part, I felt that this was a huge learning experience. Using a studio has both advantages and disadvantages. It was nice to have the huge amount of space, but I felt lost in it. And rushed. Working with a set time frame made everyone feel a little pressed and panicked. But I also feel better prepared for the next get together. Note for the next time we’re in that studio: bring kitty treats.
Uncle M’s blog
Our first photo shoot for “Brandibondage” took place in a wonderfully equipped studio situated in an old warehouse building. Uncle M, the photographer, an assistant and of course Brandi and her pride of Brandi girls converged on the studio early in the morning with a truck load of gear. Camera and lighting equipment, props, suitcases of clothing and of course rope were carted up two flights of stairs into the studio. Over 1000 feet of fresh never before used rope of various types packed into two large duffle bags. I studied the expressions on the faces and took note of the body language of each of the Brandi girls as I dumped the rope onto the studio floor….this was going to be one very interesting day.
The bondage applied to each Brandi girl in each tie was real, very tight and impossible to escape from. I was curious as to why none of the girls attempted to get out of their bondage, not even a slight struggle. Looking down on one particularly well hogtied Brandi girl I inquired as to why no attempt to escape, loud enough for all the hear. What I received in reply was a gurgle through the gagged mouth of the hogtied one and gales of laughter from the other girls. Seems the bondage was so tight and secure they never even bothered the attempt at escape. Note to self…give Brandi girls incentive to struggle next shoot, perhaps a cold shower while bound.
And you followed through on that shower, that’s for sure. Didn’t you call out “How do I untie this?” at one point?
